Welcome to the Piano World Forums, Jerome! Pierce Piano Atlas lists serial number 72352 as being made in 1911. The 1907 might be a patent date? When new, Vose was a top-end piano. Over 100 years later, and after being in a storage unit, your best bet is to hire a piano technician to evaluate the piano for you.

Hello Eric, Thank you do you have any idea of what it might be worth ball park figure just the way it is I have some pics of it, I do not know how to upload them though. You might be able to get a few hundred dollars for it. Realistically, it is only worth what someone will pay to move it. If restored, it'd be a phenomenal piano, but you'd likely be hard pressed to get a 50% return on your investment if you tried to sell it restored. Even restored Steinway uprights are a hard sell....

Nice size studio piano!
Do you have any idea how long it was in storage? Was the storage climate controlled?
You say "fair shape." Can you be more specific? Does everything mechanical on it work reasonably close to the way it's supposed to work?
As you have been told, restoring and old upright is usually not a worthwhile financial proposition. But if you're just interested in a playable machine, perhaps a smaller repair can get it to playability. This is where you need professional help to evaluate exactly what you've got.

If you are missing the bottom board, it would cost more to replace it than the piano would be worth afterwards.

Hello, I do not know how long it sat in the storage unit but you can see the shape of it from the picture and it does play, however I do not no anything about pianos so I am not sure if it is playing the way it is supposed to be playing.
