We're leaving July 7th, heading to New England.

Should be up around Rockland, ME around the 11th.

Mostly traveling along the coast.
Would like to find some places along the way that I might be able to play a piano.

Partly because I love playing, partly because I have arthritis in both hands and playing helps relieve the pain.

If you have any ideas about where we might find pianos to play along the way, pleae share them.

If it is convenient, we'd love to have you back. We have a freshly restored 'D' that's not yet delivered among other fun things.

You can drop by my place to play...I have an afternoon rehearsal on the 8th, but few other pressing plans around then. It's a big old Mason 9', but warn you it needs new hammers. and maybe whippens. It would be nice to meet up again. I'm in outlying NYC...you can PM me.

Thanks Rich,
We're pretty much going to drive straight through going up, but we're going to meander coming back.
A visit to Cunninham Piano (and maybe a side trip to Dalessandro's) would be fun.
I'll give you a call when we are coming through your area.

If you're coming up I-95 you should stop at Rick Jones pianos. He's right off the freeway in Beltsville, MD and always has an amazing selection of pianos.

Good thought Pianolance.
I've known Rick for years, and he's an advertiser with us.
But I've never been to his store.

We are pretty much driving straight through going up, but intend to take our time coming back. I've printed the details out and put them in my trip folder.

I would welcome a visit!

And I'm only 10 minutes of RT95.

Just north of DC and right off 95 on Rt 1 is Rick Jones Pianos. It's a very large warehouse with lots of great pianos. I used to drop in there every once in awhile when I lived in Maryland. Here's the website...

Have a good trip and thanks for all your work!

Hi Frank,

On your way back you should definitly stop here again.

By then we should have a special surprize that I'm quite certain you'll be very intersted to try! cool

Don't know if it will be in Stamford or NYC by then but either way you should plan to stop by...
Regards,

Ori

If you pass by NYC, there are several showrooms to visit on Piano Row.
