Now I have lead on Kawai GE1, white, serial # starting 1989 apparently hardly used. Price is $10 500. Keeping in mind this is Canada where pianos seem to be much more $ and that includes taxes, is this reasonable or should I try and bargain down a bit.

I think the price is high.

That said, condition will play a part. Is this a piano that is being sold privately? If not, has the dealer regulated the piano? Has the finish been cleaned and buffed to new condition? Have any worn parts been replaced? Is a warranty being offered?

These are all questions to ask and will help in making a determination on value.

Apparently mint condition. Not a mark on the piano itself or on the hammers. It is glossy white.....which is more $ also.
