Good evening,
Does anyone have any experience with Howes aftermarket pneumatic player mechanism? They make a complete replacement player stack for missing/damaged ones. I've never seen or heard of this before.

Give a shout over at www.mdigest.com Their readership might have the info on that system. I checked their archives, there was only one post, but the URL for Howes was not working.

This is the link to their pneumatic action. I have no idea about pricing or how well it works, but it seems like a good idea. (Too bad they didn't come up with a replica of an AMPICO or Welte-Mignon...) http://www.howespiano.com/parts/pneumatic.php
