I need help with "Nuages Gris" by Franz Liszt.
In the bass notes it sounds like their playing more "B"'s than theres written down. For example it sounds like theres around 8 "B"'s played when theres only written four. Can someone explain!

Those are tremolo sixteenths in the left hand, so there should be four to a beat (alternating octaves) which means 16 to a measure.

Sometimes publishers do a little shorthand. It saves ink and looks cleaner on the page. Those are 16 notes. Note the 16th note stems attached to the seeming half notes.

But.. How many times should i play these notes. I mean. If it says four notes after eachother on the bassline.. How many notes does that result in 16th notes?

Just like Bruce said. You will be playing a tremolo of 16th notes in a measure of 4/4. That will be 16 notes each measure (for the left hand).
