But I was not able to find too much information about him online. I always thought Debussy Etudes are especially nice pieces to learn, this is coming from someone who does not really enjoy Debussy that much in general.

Another favorite interpretation is by Samson Francois, who did not live long enough to record all of the Debussy Etudes (I have Livre II No 7-12 in one CD compilation. Not sure about others).
