My Kawai ES6 does not have a setting specifically titled honky tonk or ragtime piano. Has anyone tweeked the settings of their DP to come close? If so, what would you change? I have concert/studio/mellow grands, rock and modern piano choices. Maybe one of this is the answer and I dont know it even after listening to them blush

Researching this I came upon the tack piano, quite interesting to learn about those. Is that a new answer to make something sound old, or was that always done?

bajabill, if you don't have a honky-tonk sound, I would suggest choosing the hardest/brightest of your piano patches and adding a fairly deep chorus effect.

For information about tack piano, see this Wikipedia article:
