OP MiguelSousa Full Member M Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 144	Hello Is it possible to capture a video but use sound from a diferent recording device and put it together? I have to record video for my applications to usa universities but the sound quality of the camera isn't good. What software should I use? Do you think movie maker allows that ?

trigalg693 1000 Post Club Member T Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 1,329 New York	Yes, I used Windows Movie Maker or whatever it's called, and patched new audio in. You'll need to make slight adjustments to match it up but there's a surprisingly large allowable margin of error, as long as it's within about 0.1-0.2 sec you can't tell that it's out of sync.
