Morning everyone! Good to hear from you Wayne. I can understand your situation with being real busy.

Well, I got through yesterday without having to deal with those "lovely" insurance folks. As it turns out, I may not have to at all. We will see. However, that put me in a much better mood.

I had a full day yesterday and haven't finished listening to yesterday's posts. I'll finish that later today. Rossy, an impressive use of an iPad as an accordion. Now I can look forward to learning a new instrument I can carry around on my iPad! laugh

I have to get going shortly, but will be lurking. Time for my first post. Here's some more for Sugar Ray, "Someday"

Excellent Wayne, glad to hear you are OK, hope you get the "stuff" done and come back home here soon!!
Right, on to the rest of today.
The haggis is still in the fridge, awaiting its demise tommorrow.
We got a ton of garbage through the letterbox today, not least of it was a DVD from the council, seriously, a dvd that lectures the watcher about health, and how to look after yourself.

That went straight into the blue recycle bag, unwatched, unwanted and unloved.

Good news, we spotted some snowdrops yesterday on the bus ride home from town, so a good sign of spring being on the way... Hopefully soon.

Griffin, how touch sensitive are Ipads? I mean do they work first time when you touch, or do you have to keep tapping on them sometimes?
I am curious.

The iPads are very touch sensitive. I'm using the keypad right now and it responds immediately to my fingers. I don't like that I am oftentimes restricted from seeing certain YouTube postings, however. I don't have that problem with my desktop.

Excellent, so the accordian should be well playable, allong with the synths like the korg... hmmm.
This could be a good and novel busking tool, allong with a little roland cube. I have a cube and its a great busking amp, the batteries last ages. Hmmmm.

Did Wayne change his name Becca? and not tell me!! typical, well thanks Wanye.

Just watching jermemy kyle ( the corporate whore who profits from the miseries of the uneducated masses)
Anyways,

There is this girl on who is saying this Geezer has only an 8 percent chance of being the father of her child, whilst I await the DNA test that is coming I just am just pondering how she got 8 percent?

Did she have sex with 92 different men just the once and this guy eight times?
she doesnt look like an maths genius...

Anyways, it turns out he aint the dad...yawn, typical.

If jeramey kylse show has to DNA the other 88 , it will cost em thousands...
This doesnt entertain me one iota ( iota is a great scrabble word if you get stuck with loads of vowels by the way)

which brings me onto something much more entertaining... countdown.

with the very clever and lovely Rachel riley.
Reason for edit...

I got the maths wrong and wayne pointed it out and it made me look like a bit of a pup.

I remember that add Wayne, lol.

I have most of the tools, apart from the jackhammer, but I do have a 14inch jackhammer chisel.
Me and mrs R were walking to the bus stop in town one day and a tarmacing lorry came round the roundabout, and the chisel fell off it right at our feet. The lorry carried on , never heard a thing.
We aquired the hardend steel chisel and I carried it home, dead chuffed, it has seen active service as a totally unbendable pry bar, and I have used it with a lump hammer to drive drive shaft bearings out.

I was chuffed today after I learnt to play the lambada, I thoroughly believe to be inundated with dancing girlies, if I play it loud enough when its sunny outside.

In half an hour there is a program on our telly about the Arctic convoys.
This promises to be good, these men got no cred after the war as we suddenly had to be not friends with the russians so we could carry on being the uSa's lapdog.
without the russians in ww11 the outcome would have been totally bad indeed.
The brave men of the merchant marine that took food and supplies to Russia therefore helped to save our forefathers lives in no small way.

I hope this program honours them and not just Royal navy crews. Its on at ten so I will find out.

Churchill called it "the worst journey on earth"
many merchant men did it often.

we shall have to see.
later dudes and dudettes.

Wayne, how nice of you to share! I don't believe I'm familiar with the name of the breed. However, there are some features that seem quite familiar. wink
