Ok, I need some help. Like when someone says F.O.R.D. stands for Fix Or Repair Daily or Found Along Road Dead, what would B.O.S.T.O.N. stand for?

I think I am close, but not quite, with: Bought One Steinway, Turned Out Not. Maybe: Bargained Over Steinway, Told Only Nonsense.

Any ideas? (I am repinning 88 hammer flanges today. Sizing with alcohol did no good at all.)

Of course it didn't. You're supposed to drink the alcohol (assuming it's the drinkable variety) which is supposed to make the pinning less of a pain.

This thread is a slap in the face to your customers.
Not just making fun of their pianos, but their preferences also.
