Ugh! Just wanted to let someone know what I've been through. All to get an intermediate version of Davy Jones. Went to sheetmusicplus.com because I didn't want to wait and search locally. But I generally buy sheet music from local store.

Anyway...print errors...learned how to see if a dialog box was hidden. Learned that Chrome has issues and had to open a different browser. Even learned how to temporarily disable my antivirus software. Anyway, the switch to a different browser solved the problem. And at last I have the print.

So I've been here swearing out of frustration. But at least there was success at last.

Honestly, I think that we should find a way to chat live (text chat, or voice chat), so I can help you out with your computer problems! That should ease the pain a little! ^_^

Thank you for your congrats and kind offer Nikolas! To tell the truth I don't know how to text. This was a particular victory considering my lack of tech saavy. It would be nice to be able to contact you for help though.

I've calmed down, and can appreciate that now I know how to buy scores and print them. It's a nice option.

Edit: the idea of texting reminds me that I did send one text a few years ago. I had a friend show me how and used her phone. It was the year Adam Lambert should have won American Idol and I was motivated to vote. LOL! We really only watched it that single season. Afterward it was clear that no more Adam Lamberts were on the horizon. And I've had no need to text since.

I will admit that indeed you're not tech savvy at all.

I didn't mean a text through a cell phone (which would be costly), but rather one through the internet computer. There are various 'chat' programs (skype, MSN, AIM) all of which allow to 'call' (like a regular phone, if you have a microphone) the other person for free. You can also video chat (if you have a web camera) and then you get to see the other person. Finally you can text chat, which means that you exchange short texts live.

All this for free.

Alternatively just PM me here, or email me. Chances are that I'll see the PM/email instantly, since I'm constantly online and I've got all the notifications on... :-/

I confess that I do not know how this is considered in the Birthplace of Philosophical Thought, but here we call those contradictions in terms.

Thanks Nikolas. I'll keep it in mind that I can send you a message on PW. It's great to have a free option. Expense is what keeps me from learning more about texting by phone and all--I just think it's way too much in monthly fees.
