What is that supposed to be: a piggy bank for the International Savings Day? Is it playable with real strings inside? Who made it?

BTW: may I use your picture on my facebook site?

To all of your questions: I don't quite know! I got it off of facebook, myself. You're welcome to its use.

Pretty sure it's part of a public art display, e.g. the "big pig gig" that Cincinnati has held on two occasions. Lexington, North Carolina had a similar "Pigs in the City" display. (We did the same thing in my Lexington, only we used horses--naturally--not pigs.)

Yes, also very similar to Bechswine and Swinegraeber. But different from (oh dear) Gruntrian (sorry).

I actually have a genuine pig call from my days as a Hoosier in Southern Indiana. I daresay I'm the only one on this site with such a claim. Unfortunately, my hog callin' is better than my pie-ann-uh playin'.

Of course, Monica is from Ol' Kaintuck, maybe she's called a hog in her time.
