Must be border patrol put on that last sign. Is my car fixable? It's pretty under water but, Diane, why did you have to drive it into the drink again? To much booze?

One can only hope the above circuit is on a GFCI (ground fault circuit interupter). Even at that, it's incredibly stupid. What if the disgruntled lady of the house has bypassed the GFCI with a jumper wire? Huh? 'Bet these jokers never thought of that!
OK. 'Back to the safety of the basement for me.
BTW, before I hit the stairs. Those cars in pools all look like PhotoShop jobs. 'No oil slicks and no scrapes on the sides of the pools.
