Hello guys,

what do you think is the best choice for purchase in kawai's k series

1)what is the best at its price(i have a fairly low budget)

2)best when it comes to tone

3)best when it comes to touch of course

That's all I hope all of you can help
Thanks

Based on quite a few different opinions I have encountered in the past, mainly on the forum, I'd say:
1. K3
2. K8
3. Depends on individual instrument's condition, all are very capable of very good touch.

I have a K5 and I love it. K3 is good for its price. haven't had a chance to play K6 and K8 (would very much love to...)

K3 is good for the price and on a budget. The K6 and K5 still sounded pretty deep to my ears.

K8. Followed by K6.

Alan from Queensland, Australia (and Clara - my Grotrian Concert & Allen Organ (CF-17a)).

If you wind up getting a K6 you might kick yourself for not spending a few more dollars for the K8.

I almost did that. That music desk is a life saver for me. I do a lot of composition and voice work. So nice to have.

That being said if it's at the top of your budget get a K6 over a K5.

IF your budget is low and want bang for the buck, before you buy a Kawai, at least look at the Hailun H33P. If it doesn't float your boat, then go for the Kawai.
