Hi. I am a new member with probably an old question. Can anyone give me the correct or most common fingering for all the blues scales ? I have been looking everywhere and had no luck.

There are a number of different alternatives here. For some of them there's an obvious choice. For example, for F, 1,2,3,1,2,3,1 works great.

For D, E, A, and G, I use the "lame" version that is discussed in the video below.

But Radiokid2 has some good ideas here, you just have to try them and decide which you want to use.



Be aware, when choosing fingerings, that sometimes players get very good at a bad fingering and can make it look like a good fingering.
