This is an arrangement in e-flat major,
at 1:53 ( one minute and 53 seconds into the video)
there is this thing where he runs down the keyboard playing two notes, I want to know if there is some specific pattern that he is following or broken chords, or... I don't know. I am a beginner.

I can't read sheets, but if you prefer to see it on sheets here are the sheets, I don't know where the part is in the sheets, maybe around line 49.

Hi,
Yes, he is following a specific pattern during that descending passage. It is a common way to spice up a scale, rather than just going straight down step-wise.

The pattern is play the top note, go 2 steps down, then 1 step up, 2 steps down, then 1 step up, and so on...

This piece is in Eb major, so let's say you started with Eb at the top, then it would be:
Eb, C, D, Bb, C, Ab, Bb, G, Ab, F, G, Eb, F, D, Eb, and so on continuing downwards.

You can also try this pattern backwards and go up the keyboard.
As long as you use keys that are inside the Eb Major scale, it will sound good in the context of this particular piece.

Experiment and have fun!
