Hi, I recently started playing some Jazz and Blues, I haven't played piano for long, but I was wondering if anyone had some good advice or some excercises that I should do to improve in the Jazz/Blues field. Any advice would be helpful smile

Thanks smile

One important thing to do is listen to a lot of jazz.
Find the style of playing (and pianist) that appeals to you and makes you go wow!
And then get "every" recording with that pianist. You need to immerse yourself in the sound - and the playing, phrases, etc.

In order to "get" the exercises you need to play from within.

I never play anything the same way once.
