Looking at two vintage small grands- want comments, feedback...

Mason "A" from 1905, rebuilt 2 yrs ago, pinboard, strings, hammers, felts, etc. Case not bad but has sunburnt area on top from sunny window. $7k

Mehlin, mid-1920's, no exact date yet, also rebuilt as above, basically unused since, pretty decent refinish on case. $6k

Whaddaya think?

Original action in each? Might want to try them out and see how they feel.

My thoughts as well. Seller seems overanxious and has no paperwork for the reconditioning.

Haven't gone to see either one yet, that's next and if worthwhile, will have a tech check it/them out.

As an adult beginner, I have no clue about touch, etc. yet. Looking forward to learning!
