I have an old ABRSM grade 7 scale book which has major and minor scales in all keys, and appergios in root position and first inversion for all major and minor keys, as well as some dominant 5th appergios. It also has some scales in thirds, chromatic scales and major scales in contrary motion.

However, I would also like to have appergios in second inversion and in diminished sevenths, as well as scales in sixths.

Can anyone tell me if there is one book that covers all of the above? That would be convenient. Thanks.

The Alfred's book of scales in my signature has everything you ask for, plus an "enrichment section" with additional exercises, double thirds and double sixths, cadences etc. It is also available as an e-book.

The only book you will ever need is "The Brown Scale Book" - Scales, chords and arpeggios for piano by frederick harris music.....

I have the FJH Classical Scale book. I compared it with the Alfred, and Brown scale books and they all looked pretty much the same.

I also have The Source by Steve Barta. It contains scales that are not covered in FJH book. Like modes, diminished, and various jazz scales. It also has all the 7th chords (major, minor, dominant, diminished, half-diminshed) plus their inversions. Between any of the above classical scale books and The Source you would be well covered.
