Does anyone know the current list price of a new Yamaha YUS5?
I finally have a good bite on my long for sale U5C. I'm asking $8000.00 for a 2004 (?) Centenial Edition U5. I'm happy to take $8000.00 but if that is overpriced I would like to know what the fair price would be. The piano has hardly been played but has been well maintained.

You shouldn't be using list price. I'd suggest reading the Piano Buyer(link in left column) and look up the SMP for this model to get an idea of what this model is going for now.

That's a beautiful but unusual model. I don't think you'll get many data points for something that unusual. It reminds me of Schimmel Intarsia. We sold a used 49" Schimmel Intarsia upright for about $9k. That's was nearly 10 years ago.

That doesn't serve as direct guidance, but it's the best I've got.
