Very interesting. I wonder how the digital era will affect musical publishing in the future. Kindle and whatnot has virtually replaced printed books. Will that happen to the printed score? If so a lot more information, such as composer's notes and historical facts, could be incorporated with the score.

Very interesting, thanks for posting. I absolutely love my Bärenreiter editions, especially the Bach. Such a nice, spacious feel that makes it easy on the eyes. My only complaint (a small one) is that the folios are all slightly different in size, unlike Henle.
