From 1993 U30A to 1999 YU3, is it worth $1,300?

----------------------
Last week, I went to an another used piano shop and played some models. I'm satisfied with one of U30A models there. After bargained, it is 5,300 in USD. The another model, YU3, costs around 6,600 in USD. The serial numbers refer to manufacturing years in 1993 and 1999 respectively.
Soon, my piano teacher will join me in the shop and give a good advice in the aspect of sound and control. But now I would like to clear about budget things. Is 1,300USD worth the difference of 6 years? Is it necessary to have possibly newest thing as possible as one can have? Or should I consider the older U3H model which goes around 4,000USD with very slightly inferior control?
Thank you sir.
