Some good news. Now my right ear only hear 0.01 semitones/ 1 cent lower. I can barley hear any difference now.

Apparently it took you only 1 day to recover your hearing.... I hope it will be the same with me. Because what I feared above just happened to me. My bird screamed into my ear as loud as he could while sitting on my shoulder and I have been hearing a ringing for hours now and I also feel mild pain. I don't think the pain is strong enough to assume that the eardrum has been damaged, but I am worried (I am not feeling well right now and this just adds to it). I hope I am well enough to go to my doc tomorrow...

Well, at least you're playing the piano and not conducting a choir and trying to get all of them to sing perfectly in tune!! Actually, I think that must be what happened: Lord Blackmourne was conducting a dog choir!

Could be impacted ear wax.
Some upper string string players (violin and viola) say their intonation improves when they wear an ear plug loosely in the left ear--that there is degree of fatigue and inaccuracy in that ear. Not sure how this relates, but seems worth mentioning.

I heard that people can't tell the difference in tone if the difference is less than 10 cents. Then again, the difference between half notes is 50 cents, and I'm no expert.

Make it a dollar, and you've got a deal.  BTW I've never come across this "cents" terminology in all my 200 years.

Actually, it's 100 cents per semitone, so a whole step is 200 cents. There's more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cent_%28music%29 I just listened to the samples on the Wikipedia page linked above. I wonder if the OP can actually hear a difference of 3 cents much less 1, I couldn't hear a difference of 1 cent and wasn't sure if I could hear a difference of 6 cents. If a difference of 6 cents was barely perceptible, is this really a big deal? However, since the OP is a piano tuner perhaps the tech forum is a more appropriate place for this post. I'm sure you'd get some sympathy there.
