I thought this forum was where I'd have the best chance of finding out what that music is, but it appears this, just like most other forums of any focus, has been plagued by fools. Either try to help me out or say nothing. Now, if it wasn't already clear, I'm serious about my question, so if you can point me in any sort of direction I'd be grateful.

Why don't you simply submit a comment in response to the video? Someone connected with the video appears to be actively responding to listeners' comments. Perhaps they would know the source of the three or so measures of digital keyboard music at the beginning of the video. (They use the same introductory music in a couple of their other videos as well.) With all due respect, I doubt that there's more to the song than is actually heard on the video, and I'd be very surprised if anyone on this particular forum will be able to identify it for you.
