Just purchased this piano. Damper pedal works except for bass section. They go up partially most of the time, and all the way if I press hard enough on the pedal. Any ideas what is causing this?

If it bothers you, ask your technician when you get it tuned. It probably will not be terribly difficult to fix.

Thanks! I removed the entire action myself, and found the screw holding the right mounting block was out, and the block was sitting on it's corner causing the right side to be higher than the left. The screw was loose in the piano. Fixed it and it plays great!
