What would cause the dampers to be slow to return to the strings? This is a 4'6" Wurlitzer grand, model C143. The damper rods all appear to be in proper alignment and nothing seems to be blocking them.

tight damper rail bushings, corrosion on damper wires. Need to get it checked by a competent technician.
