I'm about to pull the trigger (finally) on a Knabe upright (WKV 118). You can see them here: http://www.knabepianos.com/verticals_concert.phpAnyone have any comments/insights (good or bad) based on their use of it? It's a big purchase for me, but price aside, I want to ensure there are no 'issues' I have somehow overlooked. Thanks.

When we represented Knabe, I always found those to be very nice models. To my memory, the only issues we ever had with that model were cosmetic and minor. I think it is a good choice.

i have recently tested a brand new WKV131. action is good, warm tones with great dynamics.
my major dissatisfaction would be the sustain.
the sustain is not very good- treble rolls off too quickly. and the sustain pedal blends (or blurs) the tones too quickly. imo the sustaining feature is 1 tier below yamaha and 2 tiers below schimmel/vogel.
but may not be a concern for you.
