Hey guys,

If I have VPC software on my computer, would I be able to hook up the output back into my piano's line-in to hear what I'm playing in real time - without also hearing the built-in piano sound of my DP?

(does that even make sense?)

Yes, but you will probably want to disable the internal sounds of the DP. You can probably just turn the volume down to zero, or alternatively, completely disable the internal sounds by using the setting "Local Off" (or Local Control = Off, etc etc).
