I'm starting to explore my instrument's limits.

My PX-350 supports "half-pedalling" on its "Grand Piano" voices.

But it doesn't support it on _non-piano_ voices -- they're either "sustained" or "damped", when a key is released.

Two questions:

1. Is this typical behaviour for "digital pianos" and/or "synths" ?

2. How much will it cost me to get either stepped "half-pedal" or continuously-variable (with an expression pedal) "partial damping" on _all_ voices?

Thanks -

Charles

PS -- the budget will not support a new keyboard _now_. . .
