Hey guys, first of all I want apologise if I'm in the wrong section, Im new here.

So, on this video http://youtu.be/MUs3s3xg2EA?t=3m6s at 3:00-3:28 the guy plays some chords, and at 3:27 he do something different, what chords are these?

(the last chord gets cut off, we only hear a B bass note, but Bm is the expected next chord)
