I'm hoping some technical advisors are on this site:
I have a 4 year old George Steck digital grand model #GDS390GT-V. Been wonderful except now the middle range keys have a muted/softer sound unlike the rest of the key board. The dealer is out of business and this brand, I believe, has been purchased by Samik. They don’t respond to my service/repair inquiries. Any suggestions on what to do next? Is this condition repairable? Are factory parts required? Thanks in advance for any help!

I've never heard of any of these brands .... your experience shows it why it is never wise to buy cheap unknown brands.

Unless you can find spare parts from a similar model I suspect it will be uneconomic to repair. If you have some electronic knowledge it might be worth opening up and examining for signs of corroded connectors, dry joints, leaky caps, etc.
