I had been doing some searches, trying to find discussions of the best specialty tools and jigs for rebuilding jobs. That was going kind o' slowwwww. Too spread out.

What are some of the specialty piano tools and jigs that you have/use or have seen which are available these days? (Links are always helpful, too.)

I will mention a home made one:

Dampp Chaser on Steroids
Use a humidistat with a relay to run a heater or heat lamps to maintain a dry booth/area. We put a relay in small metal tool box. The power was plugged into a Dampp Chaser HD and hardwired into the relay box which was set up with an a.c. outlet. The heavier amperage capacity of the relay makes the system work. The HD is the brain. The power cord also stores in the little box. You can maintain dryness without danger or overkill, by just rigging a tent over a grand in less than idea work spaces, for example. Sort of like turbo-charging a dehumidifier rod.
