- Intro only; Perhaps a good benchmark for a piano.

How about you and yours? I`d love to hear it . . .

Yes and he played guitar on Bread's "Guitar Man" and all sorts of things and prior to that was one of Phil Spector's session men. Super-talented guy. But his gospel tinged piano on Bridge Over Troubled Water was perhaps his finest moment.

One of the reasons Simon and Garfunkel had issues with one another was that Paul Simon started to resent the beautiful moment during gigs when Art Garfunkel and Larry Knechtel would captivate the audience together on Bridge Over Troubled Water. So Simon started to join them and would share the singing duties to grab back a bit of the limelight - as if writing the songs wasn't enough!

Everytime I`ve seen it on TV, Paul Simon has done the lead vocal and played the piano . . .Garf comes in on the last (Phil Spectre sounding) bit.

I think they split soon after.
