We inherited what I believe to be a 1923 Baldwin K, serial K39956. It is 6'2" (not 6'3" after repeated measurements). It came with the house we also inherited and has been in the house since 1923. We live in western Colorado - quite dry. There is alligatoring on the case. We had a recognized local professional tuner/restorer look at it. He said it could use a new pin block. Felts, hammers and strings would also be good if we wanted a full restoration. The soundboard is in good shape. The restorer said it would turn out to be a very nice piano after restoration. Neither of us play, so it seems a waste to have a good instrument un-used. Please contact me on the forum if you are interested or have questions. Photos are available.

This is not an appropriate place to advertise. If you wish to sell your piano, there is a classifieds section on this site, as well as others. Either way, you will likely not get very much money for it... Perhaps somewhere between $500-$1,000.
