I went to get my small vise grips out of my tool kit but alas they were not there. In their place was a comb. One of the large type with fine teeth on one end and coarse teeth on the other. I never did find the vise grips, and I never did figure out what the comb is for, or how it got there.
I know I'm getting old, but this is maddening. A mind is a terrible thing to lose.

I think I have your small vise grips. They were in that spinet I tuned the other day. I don't know where the comb came from (I'm sure it's not mine), but they've been doing some weird stuff at the super-conducting super-collider, and I think it disturbed the fabric of the space/time continuum.

Good thing your not a doctor Dan, you might have been reaching for a pen, and find a rectal thermometer in its place.
