OP Jaker Junior Member J Joined: Feb 2013 Posts: 18	I started playing piano last saturday. been playing guitar for a long time and jazz sax for 2 years. So I'm not a newbie in music in general. My goal is to play jazz one day. I decided to start a thread where I post my progress. Right now I'm blasting through ABRSM jazz pieces grade 1 I've started a soundcloud acount for this purpose So here goes the first song: https://soundcloud.com/jakersprogress/bedford-square-blues-15-2 Feel free to comment. And since the vibe I get here is that most people want to play classical. I want to invite all beginners trying to play jazz or blues to make this their progress thread aswell!

However, I might suggest that this would be better received in the PIANIST CORNER - NON CLASSICAL forum. You may get more Jazz enthusiasts viewing and commenting on things.
