Apparently some people think it looks like "choppin'." grin

I see it so unavoidably for what it is that I just about never get stuff like that. I guess you likewise. smile

Yeah, he once corrected a mere typo of mine, teaching me the difference between 'scherzo' and 'scherzi'. 'O' and 'i' are side by side on the keyboard. I wonder why he couldn't catch that. (lol)

Thanks for the link! I'll post it on the Chopin thread. Looks like it will have plenty of solid food for discussion, not to mention typos etc. with which to quibble.

It never ceases to amaze me how much effort people put into writing about Chopin as well as other composers. I appreciate it.

Elene

P.S. I recommend a small food processor driven by pulling a string. Got one at Christmas and I'm very happy with it.

I often wonder why that sub-forum even exists. Chopin gets more talk here on the Pianist's Corner than over in his on sub-forum.

Well, why does anything exist? In fact, are you sure that the world really exists? grin

Fred's birthday is coming up - hope we can celebrate with some thoughtful ruminations on his oeuvre here...
