I know this is too much to ask, but if someone is selling his tools (I can't afford new ones) ,or even better giving them away, I would be very willing to contact you. (I'd be more willing for the latter, really)
Maybe tools you don't use anymore? Quality won't matter.

You might check ebay, I've seen a fair number of older/used piano tools come up on there. The good ones still seem to go for a fair bit of money, but still a lot cheaper than new. Some auctions may not be open to international buyers though.
