Hey guys,
Sincere apologies if this is not the appropriate place for my first post, I just wanted to say "hi" to the forums. I've recently rediscovered my passion for playing the Piano having played on and off for 17 years (since I was 6) and will be on here quite a bit albeit with probable ridiculous questions!

Welcome.
IMHO there is such a thing as a ridiculous question. It is the question you don't know the answer to but are afraid to ask. So ask away.
Anyone who would ever tell someone, who is trying to learn and improve himself, that he has asked a ridiculos question when the asker is seeking advice, should be truly ashamed of himself and not be participating here.
There are a lot of fine people here who have varying degrees of expertise and experience. This is the place to come to get advise from others who have probably traveled in the same "shoes" as you, or along the same path.

Welcome to the forum. You will fit right in. Ridiculous questions are the norm around here.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! After reading loads of different topics on here it's a great reassurance that there are so many people here with so much different experience. Nice to see another CDP100 user here as much as I dislike it!
I look forwards to discussing my future impending Piano purchase (When I get the means to pay for one!)
Cheers guys.
