Your piano was built late in 1905. Assessing value is nearly impossible without seeing it in person. Value these days is directly related to what the buying party wants to pay and really nothing else unless it's a high end marketable brand like Mason Hamlin or Steinway etc.

That being said song writers love old upright pianos and continuously tell me they are inspirational to their music more so than newer instruments but most song writers unless they have recording contracts are broke.

Personally I am a sucker for the old uprights and they can sound great with new bass strings and some TLC if you are willing to spend the time on them. Most people give up at the mere sight of work anymore.
