Very nice. It's simple, but it's original. It's new-agey but it doesn't use the boring, predictable 4ths and 5ths chord progressions that are commonly found these days. I also appreciate the production value of this. Great sound quality and even a nice view of the hands.

In one spot I find myself wanting to impose my own creative thoughts, which is a good thing. It means that your piece is not boring! The only thing I find myself disagreeing with are those last two chords. It just doesn't sound right, like a sentence which is worded poorly.

My ears keep wanting to hear something like this instead:

Just a single, rolled chord.

Giulio, I listened to all three pieces that you posted -- I liked Ritorno the best, but also had liked the Scarlatti-esque piece in your other thread (the first one). In both cases, there was a nice sense of proportion throughout: enough invention and "surprises" to hold the ear for a minute-and-a-half, and then a satisfying conclusion to the proceedings.

By contrast, I thought the Labyrinth (the Soler Spanish-esque piece) went on too long for my taste. Here I think you need more pungent harmonic shifts, more Flamenco-style ornamentation, and/or inventive rhythmic patterns to sustain interest. Even with that said, though, the piece is still effective and well-crafted.

Thanks for sharing these!
