Well, for an ole fella like me, there`s over 100 standard sounds. Then you get XG sounds, I`m not sure what else is in there but it all means nothing to me unless I can audibly record it; which I can for the most part.

So I settles down, and have an Experimental Evening. Perhaps a Mental evening, because every sound to pull in has to be set up; vol, reverb, octave, and fixed in the memory banks made for the purpose.

But someone forgot about MY memory bank. It was never more than a few kbs when I was younger . . .

Ya start with a guitar. Very nice Spanish thingy. Can It Strum? If I set the split keyboard in motion, then I can use both hands to simulate a strum! YES!! But - it won`t record it . . . .!! Damn damn damn

Anyway, it is fun. But there are instruments in there that are incompatible with me . . . try as I might, distortion guitar never seems to fit into anything I do! And neither does a car crash . . . or a door squeaking

How about a helicopter coming in, or a phone ring? Bird tweet anyone? Mine also has about 20 different drum kits where each key becomes a percussion instrument. Its mind blowing what you can get on a chip, and this is an old keyboard!
