Hi to everyone,
I have a realpiano RP2. Everything seems working fine except all the piano sounds (grand piano, rhodes etc.). You can't hear them.

All the other instruments (organ, strings etc.) are OK.

I wonder if there is a way to reload the ROM (if this is the problem) or if you have any idea about what's wrong.

Thanks for any help

Open it up and look for cracked CB, broken connectors, leaking caps, dry joints, anything. After that start looking for a replacement.

Is this a new purchase, or did the pianos suddenly stop working?

Are the pianos dead if you press the Performance button, and try out the various performances, too? If you just bought it, have you tried restoring the performances to their default? But be aware that you will lose any performances that the last owner set up. (See the "Master Functions" in the manual.) In creating a performance, I can imagine several things that may have been done--the previous owner could have turned off the volume of the pianos in the performance or he could have set a split with the split point on one of the last keys.
