Do you play in a local restaurant or shopping area? You seem very comfortable with this style of playing.

Now that he recently disappeared (87yo), I've lost, a grandfather, a teacher, a friend... An example for my life.

He has played for at least 40 years between Argentina, Switzerland, Italy, Germany...

He was a poet of music. Whatever he was playing seems to me unique.

No, I still don't find a place to play my music. Only in my home or in volunteering.

I'm working for SAP as Analyst Consultant. Is better than nothing, but not challenging/exciting for me.

When I was a child I would like to be an astronomer. Now that I'm graduate in Astrophysics, and the only work that I've found in Italy is Analyst Consultant, I'm a bit demoralized.

Very nice job. I love this piece, too. Gershwin's ballads are a big part of my playing time and this one, as well as Man I Love, are played the most. (Of course, some of the Porgy tunes are right up there, too.) If you want to upload some more, I would love to hear your versions.

There are many good ideas in this performance, and the playing is commendably clean. But it suffers from a complete lack of musical flow - it's just a series of unconnected phrases. Try to let the melody sing through. Even if you aren't a vocalist, pretend you ARE singing and phrase accordingly. It's a beautiful melody, let's hear it!
