I don't know this piece that well but I didn't recognize the cadenza. Is that the usual one or something else?

BTW, I don't recognize the cadenza either. It's very good and I'm also curious whose it is. (We don't have one from Beethoven, do we....)

Beethoven actually left three cadenzas (one unfinished), but it wasn't any of those.

Hopefully Bruce will tell us more about his adventure...

Bruce had a terrific performance. Standing ovation for the most part. The venue was cozy and intimate with a good acoustical balance between piano and orchestra. A very enjoyable evening!
