Hi all,

We have a client's piano in our shop for some light rebuilding, and it will also need refinishing. In the past, we've used a local refinisher who does good work, but is expensive, and does not specialize in pianos. This piano is of great sentimental value to our client, and he doesn't want is traveling across the country for any of the work done.

Does anyone know of a good place to send a little woodgrain (lacquer) piano that is within 500 or 600 miles of SW Montana? We had used a fellow in Orem, UT once, but misplaced his contact info. Any advice?

Hahaha - my other half has taken about 6 months with just the stripping of a different grand. I probably give him too much to do already!

Plus, I'd end up cleaning up after the project, anyway! I'm looking for someone else to take on the mess!

Keyboard Carriage is not expensive. Once it is on that truck, it can go most anywhere in the US for the same price.

How about Yonkers NY. Frankie at Cantabile Piano Arts does very good work.
