.............the perfect love affair

A love affair is awesome. There is the fear, excitement, anticipation; and there is love, hate,
boredom, sadness, anger - all the emotions.

But the love affair with the piano is perfect. There are all the emotions everytime you play a piece of any size or measure; no matter how many times you play the piece it is always different everytime.

With the piano there is only love and never hate.
At worst there are impossible measures which means you kiss the measure and give it all the love and attention you can until it is perfect.

So see why the piano is the perfect lover.

It doesn't hen peck you and tell you to take the garbage out either.

Yes! And some more arguments in rnaple's line...

Pianos will forgive you for playing with other pianos
Pianos don't complain if you leave a mess of papers around them.
You never have to wait for the piano, it's always ready to go
Pianos don't complain if you shout at them or work them hard
Pianos don't wake you up at night
When a piano gets old, you can get it fixed or replaced
If you leave, a piano never asks where you're going
Gorgeous pianos don't know they are gorgeous
Pianos don't mind if you do all the driving or pedal hard
Pianos are nice to your relatives
If a piano leaves, it won't take half of your stuff
Pianos could not care less about commitment
Pianos don't come with in-laws
Pianos don't mind if you look at other pianos
You don't need a manual to play a piano
Pianos can be played any time of the month
Pianos always agree with your decisions
You can have two pianos at the same time

Thanks, Ron, for your comment.

The post that I enjoyed was when the wife said that there was no use having a digital, too, so they sold it. Then there was a comment that the guy's playing was causing her a headache. My thoughts were at that point that if the guy was playing the piano while she was making dinner, and he was playing the piano while she was taking out the garbage and he was practicing the piano while she was cutting the grass, that I understand any piano he was playing was going to cause any women/wife to have a headache.
