(Why the heck do we feel to commit ourselves to this kind of digital labour to promote and review products we have no financial nor personal interest in them being sold or not after all? Why has the average newbie always to come in asking for our precious time having searched for nothing on his own first, why do we answer to this kind of call in the first place? Do I need so much to be liked to alienate 10 minutes of my Sunday morning?)

You have to consider do you want to be separated from stage sound or not. Closed headphones or in-ear ones will isolate you, while earbuds or open ones won't. Both solutions have advantages and disadvantages.

I've purchased about 5 different in-ears/earbuds in the past few months (in about the $20 price range), but none of them have sound quality that's up to par... so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone had any satisfactory experience on using in-ear type headphones for their digital piano.

EDIT: Bah, scratch that... They come with a microphone too. :[ Anyway, if you're willing to check some out for yourself, have a look here and see if some of these recommendations suit your fancy.
