For those who are interested :
On this belgian site Queen Elisabeth 2013 you can watch the final of the Queen Elisabeth Competition 2013.
The site is in Dutch but it's easy to find the 3 pieces the 4 pianists have been playing so far (just click on "finale" on the right).
And most of the interviews are in English. Till saturday you can also watch live.

At his moment (after 4 pianists) Zhang Zuo is my favourite. But probably we didn't see the winner yet.

I have a bias toward women so I'll say Zhang Zuo. I also liked her attitude and broad smile, she looked like she was having great fun. Confident but not overdoing it.

Is it unusual that the dates for this competition and for the Cliburn would conflict, as they do this year?

I don't know.
Not very often I suppose, since Queen Elisabeth (for piano) is every 3 years and Van Cliburn every 4 years.
So we'll have to wait until 2025 to see if the dates will conflict again wink.
