Concert Pianist and friend Jeffrey Biegel is a long time member of our piano forums...

I'm listening to his new CD right now, and loving it!
A fun showcase for Jeffrey's considerable technical skills.
Grand Romance is a great way to start your day, uplifting and fun to listen to it will most certainly brighten your day!
Highly recommended.

Frank,

I know that you are the owner of Piano World, but isn't this the type of marketing which is not allowed on the forums? If the restriction is to be enforced, it should be applied equally to all members, yourself included.

Frank has power to OK advertising in the forums, so in this case, it is safe to assume that after consulting himself, he gave himself the OK to post this.

Just this once, of course. :-)

Looks like a good collection, too.

Well, Marty, like Plowboy says, Frank can make exceptions to the rules as he sees fit. This is his forum, his house, his bar room, his pool room, his piano room. smile

Nice try MM, and for the most part you're correct. But I have the advantage of having built the place, and as the owner I think I've earned the privilege of helping a friend when I want to.

'sides, it is not advertising....it is sharing music!

And I shared this new CD on the Pianist Page a couple of weeks ago! Didn't hear of a problem there. Maybe it is only a problem with piano forum? (or not!)

It isn't like JB is selling it himself for cryin' out loud! He is sharing his talents and 'That's What It's All About' laugh

While I am at it...take a look at his other CD's too. Fantastic! Yes, I own a few.

Actually should be a section for new and up and coming artists not signed to major labels. If they make it big they can always say they got their start at PW!

Jeffrey! Congratulations on your CD. When last we spoke, perhaps 40 years or so hence, you were commenting on your experience with our mutual friend, Liz Matesky. I think it was in London. We may have first met at I House back in the days when Juilliard was on Clremont Ave. And I don't expect you to remember me, but I look forward to hearing your music.
